2. Products

All iphi products are handmade with care.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, slight variations in colour, texture, size, or finish may occur. These natural variations are part of the uniqueness of each item and are not considered defects.

We make every effort to display our products as accurately as possible. However, colours may vary slightly depending on your device or screen settings.

3. Orders

Once your order has been placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email.

iphi reserves the right to refuse or cancel an order if:

• A product is unavailable.

• Incorrect pricing or product information has been published.

• Fraudulent or suspicious activity is detected.

If your payment has already been processed, a full refund will be issued.

4. Pricing

All prices are displayed in Euro (€).

Prices may change without prior notice but will not affect orders that have already been confirmed.

5. Payment

Payments are processed securely through our trusted payment provider.

iphi does not store or have access to your complete payment card details.

6. Shipping

We currently ship within Cyprus only.

Orders are typically delivered within 2–5 business days from the date of dispatch.

Delivery times are estimates only and may vary due to public holidays, weather conditions, courier delays, or other circumstances beyond our control.

Once an order has been handed over to the courier, responsibility for delivery rests with the courier service.

7. Returns & Refunds

8. Handmade Products

Each iphi bag is individually handmade.

Minor differences between products are expected and celebrate the craftsmanship behind every piece. Such variations do not constitute manufacturing defects.

All content on this website, including but not limited to photographs, logos, branding, graphics, product descriptions, text, and designs, is the exclusive property of iphi.

No content may be copied, reproduced, distributed, modified, or used without prior written permission.

10. Limitation of Liability

iphi shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or our products, except where required by applicable law.
